Diósgyőr különleges hangulata, a közeli Szinva-patak és a ház elhelyezkedése teljes mértékben lenyűgözött — ritkán találkozni ennyire harmonikus, igényes környezettel. The House story
"A home's meaning lies not in its furnishings, but in the feeling that fills it." With complete agreement with Márai Sándor's words, we created the House as a family venture. Here, everyone has a role and a place.
Our rooms reflect excellence, comfort, and elegance in every detail. What makes them unique is the rustic aesthetic combined with individuality: each antique piece was carefully selected and has been transformed by our family's hands. The blend of vintage style and modern solutions perfectly complements each other in every room, and you can almost feel the Scandinavian spirit.
Our accommodation is located at the center of the triangle formed by Bükk, the Diósgyőr housing estate, and Diósgyőri Castle. Its location is perfect for those seeking closeness to nature while valuing easy access to the city. Our garden's stunning views are made unforgettable by the Bükk mountains and the castle's bastions.
The House stands out not only for its exclusive accommodation but also for our unique coffee specialties, available in our café at the front of the building to both guests and visitors. Our baristas are SCA-certified, and we select our premium coffees from around the world. The experience is completed by the taste of our freshly baked homemade pastries.

Is breakfast included in the price?
Yes, room rates include breakfast. Tourist tax is not included: the rate is 450 Ft per person per night for guests aged 18 and over.
When can I check in and out?
Rooms are available from 14:00 on arrival day until 10:00 on departure day. Early check-in can be arranged depending on availability; late checkout is charged at 1,000 Ft per hour.
Where can I park?
Free of charge, in the property's own car park inside the courtyard.
How can I cancel my booking?
Services can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the confirmed services.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, we are pet-friendly. Small animals are welcome with guest supervision, by prior arrangement, for 3,000 Ft per dog per night.
Can I use the sauna?
Yes. The sauna operates with a minimum of 2 people and costs 18,000 Ft for 2 people per session, with each additional person charged 4,000 Ft. The House is otherwise a non-smoking accommodation.
